Delivery

We offer delivery via Colissimo (home or pickup point), Chronopost Shop2Shop, and Mondial Relay (pickup points and lockers in France and Europe).

You can choose your pickup point after payment. Otherwise, a point will be automatically selected. The pickup period is 5 days. In case of non-collection, re-shipment (at your expense) or a refund (excluding shipping costs or -€5 if shipping was free) will be offered.

Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and destination, and displayed before validation.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Products must be new, complete, and in their original packaging.

Any damaged or used item will not be accepted or refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
