Composition & Care

This kit contains:

1 Harness (size S) : robust on the outside and breathable on the inside for optimal comfort
1 Leash (size S): 150 cm long with steel and silver hardware for a secure hold
1 Poop bag holder(OS): Practical and matching to keep waste bags close at hand

Hand washin lukewarm water with a mild soap(recommended). You can also machine wash on a delicate cycle (30°C maximum). Air dry.

Delivery

We offer delivery via Colissimo (home or pickup point), Chronopost Shop2Shop, and Mondial Relay (pickup points and lockers in France and Europe).

You can choose your pickup point after payment. Otherwise, a point will be automatically selected. The pickup period is 5 days. In case of non-collection, re-shipping (at your expense) or a refund (excluding shipping costs or -€5 if shipping was free) will be offered.

Delivery costs are calculated according to weight and destination, and displayed before validation.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Products must be new, complete, and in their original packaging.

Any damaged or used item will not be accepted for return or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
