Delivery
We offer delivery via Colissimo (home or pick-up point), Chronopost Shop2Shop and Mondial Relay (pick-up points and lockers in France and Europe).
The choice of pick-up point is made after payment. Otherwise, a point will be selected automatically. The collection period is 5 days. In case of non-collection, redelivery (at your expense) or a refund (excluding shipping costs or -€5 if delivery was free) will be offered.
Delivery costs are calculated according to weight and destination, and displayed before validation.
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Products must be new, complete, and in their original packaging.
Any damaged or used item will not be accepted or refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
